annotated bibliographies

during the long and draining process of writing a annotated bibliography, I have come to appreciate that we only need bibliographies at the end of papers. annotated ones suck! although I know this will make plotting out my outline and typing up my paper a breeze, it's like the dry boring part of your paper. not so much fun if you ask me.

I do understand the reason behind this but that doesn't make the words and sources appear on my paper unfortunately.  since we need to bring an outline along with our annotated bibliography to the meeting with our teacher, I have decided to finish my annotated bib. first and then from there, chunk apart that into forming my outline. I think once I organize the sources needed into my outline, I will have a breeze writing my paper.  I might even force myself to go through this process when I have to do other big research assignments, so props to Mickey.

evaluating my time spent between how long it would take to write a paper from an outline without a good idea of your sources and how they help you and just taking the time to write an annotated bibliography, I might actually be saving time in the long run.. but who knows, I think it depends more on how much I know about the subject at hand that I am writing about.

I am starting to blabber now folks, so I'll get back to work.

laters bloggers, keep it classy.

lets just say this paper is really starting to bug me.. haha.. get it? alright..

up, down, strange, charmed, beauty, and truth

today at 5 I went to go see this play "up, down, strange, charmed, beauty, and truth"

it was SUPER dramatic.. holy balls. I was sitting there and I am not hating on the acting at all, but I think the director had them go a little, well actually a lot more dramatic than it needed to be. it distracted me from the story.

I did like the effect of the lighting throughout the whole play though, especially at the end of it. it made the story end in the perfect way.

I did really like the twists throughout, but I wish I would have seen the mother, had some shit hit the fan from the mother and the two kids and also wish I could have some idea of how the uncle and steph ended up, like marley reading a letter from them or even like marley got to go to florida and see them or something.. I don’t know but I really don’t like when plays are just finished at a point, I know you can interpret what you want to happen but I think there should be some direction.

that's all folks. keep it classy bloggers.

monday funday and thesis sentences

got to love Mondays right folks? oh well, today isn't going to be too bad because no homework is ever due today, just have to actually get my butt up and go to class.. *sigh

I have been thinking about my thesis sentence a lot this week and was trying to figure out the best topic that will get me the most information and have decided to go with......... drum roll please....

What jealousy can lead people, women in specific, to do.
Using the movie Bridesmaids to analyze it.

hopefully I can get to going and write an outline out soon.  I also have to write an analysis of the play Sleep Deprivation Chamber but I am really stuck on that because I was really hoping I could read to play to figure it all out. maybe we will get a chance to check it out on Tuesday.

I am also headed out after math class to check out another play so I can receive extra credit. after being so stuck on this Sleep Deprivation Chamber stuff I am thinking I will need all the extra credit I can get.

Im out out here for now though bloggers, but you will be reading a blog later about some mystery play I am going to tonight!

oh and GO BLUE! got to love it when Michigan wins big games and Iowa lost so it is looking good for Michigan winning the Legends Division of the Big Ten. woop whoop.
